I guess many of you will be wondering which royal wedding? Well, on Friday, the 27th of April, 2011 Prince Williams got married to former Miss Catherine Middleton, and that historic wedding is our focus on this article. Here are the lessons from that wedding...
1. PRINCE WILLIAMS MARRIED FOR LOVE: This is very instructive because Catherine Middleton was not qualified since she had no royal blood flowing in her body. She was a “commoner” from the middle class. However, she was Prince Williams’ choice because he loves her. So folks, when you are making a choice of a life partner, love should be your driving force, not beauty, physique, tribe, social class, etc.
2. DECENCY: If you watched their wedding on television, I am sure you would have seen how decent Princess Catherine’s wedding gown was. Not only was it simple, there was no exposure of either her shape or body part. However, what do we see back here? The bride may look decent during the wedding ceremony in church, but is almost nude at the reception. I guess our ladies need to emulate Princess Catherine’s wedding dressing.
3. THEY MARRIED YOUNG: The benefits of getting married early are so much, yet so many guys in their late 30s and even 40s are yet to settle down. Both Prince Williams and Princess Kate were 28 years old when they got married. They already have a son Prince George who is now the third in line for the throne. The excuse given by so many matured bachelors that they don’t have money is not convincing as most of them lavish their money on their so many girlfriends, when it is cheaper to get married and be responsible. Stop procrastinating and get married.
